Sara Allen
Sara is a certified Stott Pilates instructor trained in all apparatus’s (mat, reformer, chair, cadillac and barrels). She has a passion for teaching Pilates and helping clients reach their fullest movement potential. Sara has developed an interest (and has completed further training) in athletic conditioning, golf/rotational sports conditioning, scoliosis and pre/post natal support. She believes that Pilates is life training and is an incredible movement modality to help everyone from a first time mover to the elite athlete. Sara’s teaching style is dynamic, supportive and motivating. She believes that the power of movement goes far beyond the physical outcomes. Ally is a registered kinesiologist and Pilates instructor currently completing her classical Pilates certification, teaching across Reformer, Mat, Chair and Cadillac.
